Chris at Uncredible Hallq already posted about this so I didn't think it worthy of a separate blog post but I wanted to point it out to NG readers all the same. Ebonmuse at Daylight Atheism has a good post questioning the findings of the recent "American Piety In The 21st Century" study. If something is within your own margin of error, how can it be significant?

Hey gang, As you probably know there are lots of great blogs and news sources aggregated here at Neural Gourmet. Just click on brainsnacks in the main left hand navigation menu or discover in the top navigation menu. I just realized something. While there are some great godless bloggers who are represented in the aggregated content such as Pharyngula and Respectful Insolence, atheism is not their primary topic. Atheism should have it's own category in the aggregated content! So, what I'm looking for are recommendations on the best bloggers out there who primarily blog about topics of interest to disbelievers.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that prison officials erred because they “did not treat atheism as a ‘religion.’” The court said, “Atheism is [the inmate’s] religion, and the group that he wanted to start was religious in nature even though it expressly rejects a belief in a supreme being.”
