Why I am an atheist whackjob

Because I prefer to live my life in the here and now rather than the hereafter, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think religion is a poor reason to go to war, I am an atheist whackjob. Because I don't subscribe to your religious beliefs, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think people should be judged by their actions rather than the beliefs to which they subscribe, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think science class should stick to teaching science, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think someone else's religion shouldn't dictate my reproductive choices, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I am not ashamed to say that I am an atheist, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I believe that people should be able to love however they want, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think where someone goes to church, or whether they go to church at all, shouldn't have a bearing on the custody of their children, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I would rather have my partner make my end-of-life decisions than Tom Delay or Bill Frist, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I would rather be judged by the Bill of Rights than the 10 Commandments, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I think that children shouldn't be forced to pray in school, I am an atheist whackjob.

Because I live in "one nation, indivisible" rather than "one nation, under God", I am an atheist whackjob.

For all these reasons, and a whole lot more, I am an atheist whackjob.
