Webster Tarpley is Lyndon Larouche's old PR flack (I forget his exact role in the organization) but there was some kind of falling out in the mid-1990s.

Tarpley is a conspiracist.
I just thought that "yelprat" was an intrinsically funny word, and sounds like either "yelp rat" or "yel(l) prat", apercus that suit Tarpley.
