Religion and Politics in American Life Survey

tng | 2006-06-09 17:06

Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a moment and encourage you to take a very interesting survey that is part of Erin Cassese's dissertation research at SUNY Stony Brook. I expect to have more to say about this in a couple weeks since Erin has agreed to talk about this study with us but in the meantime here's what Erin has to say up front:

This survey is about attitudes towards religion and politics. Some people think that this country is becoming too secular. They want to see more people in government who share their values. Other people think that religious groups have too much influence in politics. They would rather keep religion and politics separate. We are very interested in your thoughts on this matter. What do you think about religion and politics in the U.S.?

It doesn't take very long, so give it a go and let us know what you think.

I'm interested in seeing what they come up with.
