2066: (Space exploration, Outer Space) Packs of feral dogs overwhelm and massacre the population of the upscale lunar orbital base Moonbase Reagan. 2,872 people were believed to have been eaten.

2028: (Constitutional affairs, U.S.A.) NTJ0b1-CRZL00N, a robot programmed with the mind of Alan Keyes (d. 2026) emerges as the frontrunner to take the Republican presidential nomination.

2021: (War & conflict, Syria) Gulf War 4: ‘The Legend of Curly’s Gold’ officially ends as U.S. forces withdraw from Syria.

2010: (Culture war, U.S.A.) The Discovery Institute release a study linking a rise of homosexuality in domestic cats with the rise of PBS viewing figures. Leading scientists dispute the methodologies used in the study.
