They just can't accept that normal airtraffic could possibly account for the patterns of contrails they see in the sky. I don't think these people have any concept of just how much airtraffic there is.
Here's a website that allows you to view real time airtraffic for several major airports along with airtraffic for dates and times that you specify in the past. The reduced screenshot below shows airtraffic at JFK International around 3PM on Nov. 1, 2005 within an 80 mile radius. Now, this is only the airtraffic that shows up on JFK's radars. A similar pattern of traffic is going on in the skies above and around every major airport in the country. So the next time a chemtrail believer tells you they live by an airport and there's no way the planes could be making those contrails, or shows you a picture like the one below then point them to passur.com.
Note: For an especially effective display, tell them to pick a date in the past around 3PM, set the speed to 10X and the radius to 80 miles.

...with apparently no basic concept of meterology, air traffic, or science otherwise. Perhaps it's frustrating because you can't justify your position with any legitimate scientific evidence. The evidence is pretty obvious once properly investigated.
1. Air traffic is pretty consistent from day to day. If air traffic was responsible for chemtrails, a systematic and consistent pattern of trails would be observed. Chemtrails are laid out in gridlike patterns, X's, and crazy curves. The weather and humidity in the Bay Area between yesterday and today is practically identical. Yesterday, I noticed a multitude of ugly contrails scrawling the sky, which would otherwise be completely in violation of FAA standards. Today, I haven't seen a single trail. On one given spray day to another, there is no consistency in the direction.
Question: Did the jets take a day off?
2. I live near the San Francisco airport, and often watch the jets come in to land. I have noticed on several occasions a white spew eminating in different patterns from inbound planes only a few hundred feet in the air.
Question: How can a contrail exist 1000' in the air over the Bay Area in October, when the temperature needs to be -41 deg. F per NASA (>30,000')?
3. Since Operation Raindance has been initiated in full force, I personally have experienced literally a dozen sinus and upper respiratory infections. I have played soccer for years, am in great physical shape, and never had any health problems prior to the chemtrail era. I now have to check the skies in the morning to check for the toxic spew, as each time I play during extensive spraying, I am laid out with some type of infection.
Question: How can ice (contrails) cause sinus and respiratory infections? Why has this never happened before?

It's actually the problem I have with every paranoid conspiracy whackadoodle. You make these grandiose assertions without any evidence to back them up (and no, anedoctal testimonies are not evidence). You're making the assertion, therefore you must provide the evidence.
Here's what I suggest. You claim to be a meteorologist so this should be a natch for you. Small planes are very cheap to rent. Fly into several of what you perceive to be chemtrails, collect air samples and do the same with several different contrails. Take along an independent skeptical atmospheric scientist and a neutral observer. Document your procedure, as well as videotape. Do this on several different days. Submit the samples to 3 different independent laboratories for testing. One lab chosen by you, one lab chosen by the skeptic and one lab chosen together. Have a mass spectrograph run on each sample. Have the results from each sample sent to 3 different independent analysts. Again, you pick one, the skeptic picks one and both of you pick one together. Publish the results online, in a publication of your choice and in a noted skeptical venue (I suggest Skeptical Inquirer).. Have the analysts sign notarized depositions stating that what was published matches their conclusions.
That's what it would take for me to be convinced that there's something to this idea of chemtrails and that you're not just sitting around making shit up. Probably this whole experiment could be done for under $25,000. I'm sure that if you were going to provide the proof your believers need that you'd be able to raise the money in no time. Hell, I know quite a few skeptics who would chip in. James Randi might even fund the whole venture. He's been known to do those kinds of things.
However, until you can provide documented evidence garnered through an honest repeatable and falsifiable experiment then I can only conclude you all are just sitting around making shit up. Well, not all of you. Just a few of you are sitting around making shit up. The rest of you are sitting around happily eating others' shit while forking over your hard earned money.

Short answer: They can't. Duh.
Longer answer (relatively speaking): Air temps, wind speed and direction, and a host of other factors vary with height. The weather you experience at sea level is different than the weather you experience flying over the same area. Additionally, correlation does not equal causation. For example, you might be experiencing an allergic reaction to chemicals applied to the soccer field. You might be experiencing a delayed reaction to a new chemical in use at your office building, such as bug spray or furniture polish. There could also be a psychosomatic element as well.
